I had taken the head off my B-112's engine to replace a connecting rod only to discover my sister had decided to clean the garage without my knowing and out went the bolts, I need to know how many the were, there size and so on all help would be greatly received, thank you. -BradW

9 - count the holes in the head. 5/16 USS (grade 5). I'd say they should be about 3/4" below the thickness of the head. You can probably order new ones from your local B&S dealer if you give him the engine model/type/code number.
