Size of pulley

I need the diameter of the trans drive pulley on a 2110. The one on it now is about 10 ins. I think it is interfering with the clutch. The ones on my 101 and 2012 are about 6 1/2.. Help!!

Then this 10 should work. The clutch has a small amount of movement, just enough to hit the brake. It will not release the tension on the belt. It looks like the idler arm is hitting the pulley before it goes through its arc.

Stupid question, would the wrong size belt cause this problem? It has a generic belt on it. Matt, this is a tractor I am putting together for my brother, I will ask him what his plans are for this machine. He would probably not want to go as slow as this belt allows.
