The blades are actually really dull. I haven't sharpend them in 3 years of mowing like this ever other 3 weekends. I might have to bring it home for a overhaul and a coat of fresh paint soon. Oh, and 1 thing to say about cutting tall stuff like that. The First "trail Blazing" pass is the worst. I cloged the deck Many times. But once thats done, it cuts like a knife through salad.
