Disk harrow question

Should the disks spin freely from each other or do the spin as a group? The one I just got seems to be solid. I don't see any bearings either. I know the larger one for farm tractors have bearings and look like they spin individually, but do these small one?

Each section or side should spin as a gruop[4 blades together].
