ehertzfeld 1 Posted October 22, 2006 Ok I got my super sucker 2000 working today!:D The wife took a bunch wile I was mowing. Enjoy:D Oh BTW there isn't a ghost hanging around, it's just a decoration, so don't be scared.:o) Here is the roving nozzle Micheal was asking about. My cart/box was just a quickly that I built yesterday. I'm going to build another one, but this will do for now. If you noticed, I used peg board for the top witch give plenty of air flow. It works quite well, but it dose have some bugs to work out.:D

Simplicity314 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Hey Elon...Instead of the pegboard see if you can get a large enough piece of 1/4" galvanized hardware cloth (wire mesh). Should hold up better.
ehertzfeld 1 Posted October 22, 2006 Yeah, when I build the next one it will be made of metal with a few screens. I plan to do some research, and design one that will hold up for years.
Rookie725 0 Posted October 22, 2006 Looks good to me! I'm relying on my echo backpack blower. Since I don't have to bag the leaves, it does a nice job. Still doesn't keep me from pining for one of those vacuum things! Deidra
Guest Posted October 22, 2006 Elon, I had a cart which had a wooden framed box using 1/4" plywood. It actually worked really well and it was stained; thus didn't look too bad. The top was just normal storm window screen. framed in a wood rectangle. Worked pretty good. I've since bought a cart which has the fabric and got an extra cover with it. michael G. quote:Originally posted by ehertzfeld Yeah, when I build the next one it will be made of metal with a few screens. Simpleton7016 3 Posted October 22, 2006 pegboard? What a great idea! I need to replace the back panel on my cart this winter because it is warping. I was thinking of something like Maynards new rig, but I like yours even better!!
