Big Section with Pictures of Simplicity Attachment

FYI. I just added pictures of 25 attachments to the New in 1969 section last night. This is the most comprehensive info that I have. There's a listing of several more (OEM and aftermarket), that do not have pictures. It also tells the manufacturer's name for all the aftermarket ones that were not "branded" as Simplicity attachments.

1. Ironically, it does NOT tell who made the front-end loader (previous threads), and actually implies that it was a Simplicity product (but I don't think they built it). I'll bet it's because they warranteed and serviced it...but I'm not sure.

2. It shows some pretty unusual ones, such as the Utility Trailer, the coveted equivalent of an AC Tow Bee. But it's not painted to match the tractor... 8o(

3. There's a better picture of the Weed Cutter, a Simplicity product that was only available for a few years before it was removed from the for safety concerns. It also includes things I'd never heard of, such as an Earthcavator (looks like its a "deluxe" yard box).

4. Now if we could only get pictures of the shy, elusive "Twin Blade Pit Scraper" for cleaning out chicken manure made by Ley Equipment Co. But, I've heard rumors that they sleep during the day and only come out at night.... 8o)

Enjoy, courtesy of John Boesch loaning me his very valuable catalog!!!!

Thanks John, for sharing this with all of us!

Hi John and Kent,I would like to thank John for sharing this most interesting information with us. I had no idea that Simpicity offered anywhere near this many attachments. And thanks to you Kent for giving us all the opportunity with your hard work to see it all and in living color even. Again Thank you Both->jackl<-

Kent, Thanks for the catalog pics! I just purchased a 3410s with a 16 hp, blade, and tiller. I was missing something on the tiller cause I couldn't figure out how to hook it up, your pics helped. Thanks, John Gio
