Boney 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I have seen others do similar to this with good results so I thought I would give it a try. I used 3/8" thick rubber, was told by the rubber expert that it should hold up well....I am skeptical and still in search of a local supply of a convery belt. Whell my goal of doing this is to be able to push snow and SLUSH off the driveway. Will try to give an update after first snowfall. richp 0 Posted October 28, 2006 I plowed for years with a large Michigan payloader with a 20' box plow. It had a rubber edge and worked good. The problem might be the crusty snow, it might bump over it. I miss that payloder, nothing like hearing an old two stroke Detroit Diesel roaring away. RobS 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Looks good, as far as how well it will work I think it's all about the conditions...

Boney 0 Posted October 29, 2006 Well I am only guessing but from last years experience I think it will do ok unless there is some hard packed stuff on the ground. I dont believe it will lift the hard stuff, but neither did the blade last year.......anxious to try it out regardless of if it is bad or good.
