Montgomery Ward Garden Mark Paint Color.

Is the color of the paint on the 63-64 Garden Mark the same as the Simplicity 725? I know simplicity was the manufacturer and the paint looks to be the same. It is hard to tell looking at a 40 year old tractor. Thanks.

If you have the reddish color one, it is the same. My 61 Wards was the same color as the Simplicities. Later on they went to the sort of bronze color on those tractors.

Maybe it is an earlier model year than I thought as the serial # is only 857. Marked simplicity 990186 It is reddish color. Thanks.

I say mine is a 61 because of the number on the B/S engine, which said it was made in 61. The chassis tags are missing from mine.

I know of one in a boneyard,that's kind of a brownish color,must be the bronze mentioned.

Mine is a brownish grew bronze. Its the one on the left of my signature.
