D-17_Dave 12 Posted December 26, 2006 Sad thing is the miniature copy probably has more power than the orriginals.
lboy1971 0 Posted December 26, 2006 I see they sell Ford V8 conversion kit for the 9/2/8N tractors as well. Only downside is it's made for the flathead V8s. Aren't those getting scare too by now?
Tom_Byrne 0 Posted December 27, 2006 Prett cool lookin' kit!8D I have an old landlord 101 that might be a good candidate for that, have to find out the price and dimentions. Flathead eights are still relatively easy to find by me Lloyd, and lots of the old N model tractors are still around and working. A friend of mine has a 1958 Ford(basically an N, just a little newer)that he still digs about 50-60 graves with a year! His uncle bought it new and my buddy got it when he took over the business. They can't compete with todays machines but in thier day they were good, versatile machines.
