clutch belt

hello. I'm taking out the engine on my 728 and I can't get the belt to fit around the bigger pully. The top pully is small and the lower one is bigger. Even when I press the clutch I can't get the belt around it.

Pull the belt of the pulley on the other end and go around the larger engine pulley. Then replace it around the far end and then depress the clutch to put it around the engine. Make sure to replace the belt gaurds and adjust them.

I try to pull the pullies brfore I pull an engine, only if they are stubborn do I resort to other measures.
