Throttle shaft bushings

Anyone know of a good way to extract throttle shaft bushings? How hard are the in there? I don't want to damage the holes.

They come out easy. Take an easy out and they will come right out,Matt

I think I just threaded a 1/4 20 bolt in them and tapped it out using a vise and plastic hammer.
