bob1959 0 Posted January 17, 2007 I am changing my b-112 over to a hydro lift. The one I bought to replace the lift arm came with everything needed to convert over. In looking at the bar inside the tractor that the lift attaches to the b-112 looks to be a little beefer. I decided to remove the hardware that the snow blower attaches to lift it with the one from lift kit. When I removed the orginal to claen it up and put on the new lift bar the one that came with the lift does not go on it is just a little smaller. Are there different size bars and how does that effect the bushings that came with the new lift bar? Will the holes in the bushing and the holes that bolt on the tractor line up? Should I take the lift bar on my 112 and have it cut down? I'm confused. Please help me.:)
RayS 80 Posted January 17, 2007 If you are talking about the rockshaft they are identical except for the stub that sticks out the side of the frame. The stub is for the manual lift handle of course other than that all of them that I have seen are the same. The ones that i have I just cut the stub off of them or you can leave them on in case you might need the manual lift some day.
PatRarick 1 Posted January 17, 2007 If you are talking about the diameter of the lift bar, there are two different sizes. Not sure when they changed, but I do know the lift shaft on the B-210 has a larger diameter than the B-12.
bob1959 0 Posted January 17, 2007 I have the smaller diameter shaft ready to paint and will install as long as the flange bolts match the holes on the tractor. I have the pump and hardware at a diferent location than the tractor right now. I have the tractor ready to blow snow now and hate to tear it apart and then get snow. I was planing on painting everything this wkend. Well I guess I'll find out the hard way.
