Not an A/C

I politely e-mailed the seller of this tractor stating that it was a Sears Custom 10xl and he e-mailed me back stating I was wrong. He amended his add to state that he is correct and the numbers were verified through A/C site? I verified them through the Sears site. He states he would report anyone who tells him it ain't an A/C to E-Bay(like I'm worried). I also emailed him and stated nice paint and decals but it was not a allis chalmer or simplicity, and he stated to me he was right that he had verified it. I just let it go and chuckled.
