3415--specs

I found a 3415 at a dealer in Conneticut I believe it was, and he said that it had a broken rear-end, and that he would sell it to me for $350. But I found a 3415 and a 3416 here locally that would work to make one tractor. What are the specs of the 3415 though? Could it take a sickle-bar mower? What about a rear plow for the garden, or a front snow blower or blade? I dont need a deck, so should be okay.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. All I am looking to do, is till the garden, or plow it, and possibly adapy a CADLoader to the machine, and cut this field next to me that has really tall weeds, that is why I would like the sickle-bar mower. I dont want to spend more than $1500 for the tractor though, and don't want a new one. I want something that isn't baling twined together like the new ones. That is all.
