dav
went to the show in ft meade yesterday. specifically went to sell my marbles-yeah, i know i'll get a ribbing over that. (didn't sell them but did find out that they are worth some money. go figure!) saw this ...this..i don't know what to call it drat. says file too big. okay, gonna go looking in the links area to try to show y'all this. this is my first foray into sending a pic so bear with me. well, that didn't go far. some of the links dont work and some are going to require the ultimate computer tool-a teenager. i will get one of the girls to help me tomorrow to show you a homemade frontend loader made by lenghtening a B-something. i've been trying for over an hour and am pretty frustrated. even worse is knowing that it will take either daughter about 37 seconds to do what i can't and then i'll get that 'look' and a loud 'sigh'

lndscpr
i got a whole bunch of old marbles. Some old clay ones and china type ones as well as hand blown glass ones. I dont know how much they are worth but i would trade them for a nice tractor.
dav
my daughter uses, and therefore i now use, photobucket. when she decides that she doesn't want dad's stuff in her stuff, i'm sure i will be using something else or have one in my own name. as to marbles; i tore down an old pole barn when i bought the land next door. i found about a hundred marbles in the dirt. turns out that most of them are worth $1.50 or so. but several could sell for $2 and one is a definite $4 dollar marble. strange. so my next foray into cyberspace will be into ebay to try selling them.
