Need help identifying a Sunstar

I need help identifying a Sunstar model number. It is a 18hp magnum engine with the exhaust coming out the front of the grill. The engine has all the numbers worn away from the tag. I need to get some new seals for the engine and would also like a new muffler. I think they had the exhaust come out of the grill for only one or two years but I don't know which years. I have a DA 1918 Ultima with the Magnum 18. The Model No. is M18S and the Spec no. is 24511. It has the exhaust through the front grill.

Dan, The serial number on the engine starts with 17 which I believe indicates the engine block (which I believe to be orignal even though it's been rebuilt since I got it) was manufactured in 1987. The catalog number (same as mfg no.?) is 1691307. Hope this helps.
