Need Help! 728 won't start!

Wires are all right, least I think they are. The battery is charged according to my battery charger. I don't know what to do! I just put the engine back in so does it need a warm day or what? How much does a ground wire affect the tractor starting? Didn't find a place to bolt it on so I taped it to the bottom of the battery tray. Is that ok?

Um B) Tape is definately not alright. Once the heat, vibrations and any kind of moisture get to it that tape is gonna let go. U should definately find a suitable ground. dOd -Ryan-

There is a hole in the battery compartment for the ground wire, 1/4". Ground cable is roughly 7" long. All Broadmoors with electric start have the same location.

Why was the engine out? Was it working well before it was removed? Was anything done to it involving its timing or carburetion?

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
