A two part expoy, like jb weld might work for you. Maybe even bondo. But it's probably going to be a lot easier to replace with another one. Place a add in the classifieds, or look on e-bay.

I used JB weld to repair cracks on my 700's steering wheel but it has cracked back in only about 6 months.

You need to use a 2-part epoxy that doesn't dry brittle and hard -- that still has some flexibility in it. Then, you shape it and sand it much like bondo, then prime and paint. This info might be helpful -- see the bottom of the page. http://www.por15.com/s.nl/it.A/id.1480/.f?sc=2&category=170
