the last time i ran this was about a month ago when i was plowing snow and lost all the gears. so sunday i took off the chained turf tires, wieghts and found the outer coller loosen up and the hub slid out of the axle housing gear box. i put the first set of the dualls on for a test drive and ran out of time to get the adapters & the other set on. ill get the dualls on soon. i took it for a run down some muddy trails and those little skinny lug tires really dig in and have alot of traction.

I wish! I'm not sure how much help I would be considering my 728 doesn't have a transmission right nowB). Normally those are kind of important for forward and backwards movement. sm00 I also noticed that your steering rod or whatever its called looks a little bent.

o'heck broadmoore man you dont need a trans. you know we could hook up a tow strap and this ol' landlord would pull use both around. grader blades and all:D. boy theese little buggers are strong. as for my steering arm, i never payed much attention to it. ill have to compare it to the 101 thats sitting in the shed. thanks for noticeing....

Glad too see you got it out working Perry. Might be your getting better traction with the narrow ags then the dual as you have lbs/sq inch bitting in. Too big of tire print and you 'float' on top. Seems it be a good time to add some gravel/rock and work it into the soft driveway. If that clay type dirt, should harden up like concrete. Kids and break up mud puddles, a Birthright;);)

when i get this old ford fired up, it will help to back blade some of the gravel off the sides. this driveway used to be one heck of a 4x4 trail before we added the second house. me, my buddy, and a couple of old chain saws cut this driveway in and the lot for the house. lots of mud and TONS of thorn trees. i sure dont miss that. took us a couple of years. my property is located in a valley on the side of a high elevation(bald mountin). i have lots of under ground streams. there is some place's in the woods you can poke a stick in and she'll start bulble'in and flowing. and it all heads towards the house in back. i try and route it into culverts to avoid the house. prombaly was'nt the best place to build.
