IT RUNS! But What Now?

YES! It Runs. The engine bolted right nin, and Vroom! Let it break in the new parts, then out for s Spin! But whats happening now? I put the engine belt on backwards. dz It took 3 hours to put the engine in, and now...I have to take it out.8Cyell:|| At least it did drive in Reverse. :Q Is there any easy way to fix it? Because getting the belt on involved alot of work.

you should be able to pull just the pullies off the engine and reverse the belt. That has to be where your mixed up because nothing else would have lined up. Lock the clutch on to loosen the belt, Loosen the belt guides, Slide the belt over the top of the pully, Slide the pullies off, then pull the belt down under the crank and turn it around, then reassemble. Top of the tranny pulley goes to the left of the engine, that is your drive side.

Sorry about the lack of info. Its my White that had the leaking motor that I rebuilt.
