spring is almost here so i decided i better get the 101 out of the shed and ready for the mowing season. i got this last year off ebay for $100. last year i got it runing, drove it and put it in the shed. this baby runs like a champ & no smoke. this will be a back-up to the my ford. i blew the ford 14HP kohler last year and swapped in a 10HP kohler. i just dont think its going to have the balls to run the hydro & 5ft deck. but this ol' blue bomb mows so nice and i can get'r'done with the 5ft deck. ill give it one more chance{ ive been saying that for the past 3yrs}. i still cant believe i got the 101 for only $100. it also came with original headlights. thats what cought my eye. i put the lights on my other landlord.

Except for the seat padding, looks too be in good shape, esp for 100 bucks. wow! Looking at your deck I can tell the hacked up one I been working on wasn't part of the hacked up 101 like I thought, hmmm, means there's another tractor in the Fairbanks area.

You got a great deal on the 101! The Ford looks tough, I didn't know they made a 60" deck for those tractors.

Perry, Your Ford looks like my LGT-125. Mine is 12 hp with a 2 speed hydro.
