6,7,8 hp electric start

Finally back on here.(Been very busy-Roy, still planning on coming over to meet you). I have a 64 Broadmoor 6 h.p. I was wanting to upgrade to an electric start. I need a 6-7-8 hp with electric start. I had one located but it was sold before I could get to it. Are these motors difficult to find? I was told that any of these would work without cutting the hood, which I am not interested in doing. Thanks in advance for help rendered.

Old Broadmoors are a dime a dozen around my area, not sure about yours. Everything is there and it's an easy conversion if you find a complete parts tractor. The hardest job is probably mounting the battery box- there's a fair amount of disassembly to get that in.
