MPH 12 Posted March 26, 2007 Nice, really like the low profile of rear posts. Did you build this all yourself?
AGCO918 0 Posted March 26, 2007 Ron, You have one Sharp looking tractor & loader.
Ronald Hribar 126 Posted March 26, 2007 The loader was originally a 110 (?). The reserve was built in the frame of the loader. the pump and control was mounted on frame of loader. The picture did not turn out the way I wanted. But the pump assembly and the support under the running boards have removeble shafts between them. This keeps the frame from flexing
plastikosmd 1,002 Posted March 26, 2007 very nice, in looking at your loader, i think i realized for the first time that the brace that goes to the front of the machine is mostly loaded in tension..not compression. my first look, i thought the angle was to shallow...then realized it isnt acting as a angled brace rather its in tension. learn something every day scott
Roy 0 Posted March 26, 2007 Very nice. Any special reason you elected to put the hydraulics on the back?
FastPaul 0 Posted March 26, 2007 Nice ,Great idea on the rear hyd.Looks like you have more room up front to keep the bucket closer to the tractor giving you more lifting capacity. Great job.
johnmonkey 4 Posted March 26, 2007 Real nice looking machine. JH
Ronald Hribar 126 Posted March 26, 2007 I put the hydraulics in the back for several reasons. 1. I had to put in a reserve tank. 2 I had worked with putting pump under the hood in the front. but by putting it on the rear , I can drive with center pto. and shut it off and on. 3. It also became part of the plan to tie front and rear of tractor together. The unit should fit on any 7100 or 900 series tractor
RedbarnRick 5 Posted March 27, 2007 Excellent work! How did you address the reinforcement of the bevel gear box or does you frame hook up to the rear mount as well?
Ronald Hribar 126 Posted March 27, 2007 Yes there are one inch shafts that hook the two parts together. They are removeable. On the last picture you can see them sticking out. They are held in place with clips
