Ive seen so few pictures of the early Cases I dont know whats what as yet. I have seen pictures of a 130 that show it having round fenders while the 120 has tapered flat fenders. Then the 155 I have has squared up flat fenders. Learning something new every day so far.

The 120 actually runs but uses oil. The 155 is supposed to run. Need to investigate on that one. Trying to determine whether the 155 is a 1066 or 1967. Serial number is 9617276. Any ideas? Cant go by the engine in it as the shroud is the wrong shroud.

I found that out too. The Peerless tranny in the 120 looks to be the same sort as whats in fords and Deere's. I did find that the 130 dash is different. The 120 and 150 share the same kind of dash, but I still havnt located any pictures of the dash on one of those. I have parts books coming for both the 120 and the 155. That should show me line drawings of what I need to see. Things I am considering in choosing one to fix over the other: The 120 is way more butchered than the 155, but I like the gear drive aspect of the 120 as it wont freewheel downhill like the hydroa drive will in the 155. Also I have had lots of parts inquiries on the 120. Parts seem to be in demand and could be sold at premiums on Ebay. The parts on the 155 probably wouldnt sell all that well. The 120 is a 1966 while the 155 is likely a 1967. I was preferring a 66 to restore. Decisions decisions. I know I stated a while back I didnt care to restore anymore tractors, but selling all the time is wearing my interest down. Need to have some fun again with this iron somewhere. Definately tired of re doing Simplicity and ACs, so maybe should be trying other brands. At least I may get a break from the guys in here being this is orange and a foot Dragger XX(

I was born in 66 so I figured it would be neat to fix up a 66 tractor. Of Course you could say the 67 Case 155 was actually born in 66 and began production in 67... or is that stretching things a bit?8D

Foot dragger, running board, don't matter, JUST DO IT! There's going to be an auction around here in June, mostly farm tractors, but he has a couple of Minneapolis Moline garden tractors, one with a sickle bar cutter. I'm going to try and get a few pictures of those.
