725 Sickle ( My Restored Tractors)

Recommended Posts

Well had another busy day getting the S/B mower done and mounted on the 725, She's almost done ,I'm still waiting on a few decals and I have to finish up some wiring and add some fluids. Heres some pics. of all the pretty ones, Many hours of work but well worth it, And somehow I still manage to keep my wife happy, What more could I ask for !! :D

Ditto to the above. Is that a 10" diameter slow speed drive pulley on the 725?

Wow, they're all perfect !!! I'm curious why you didn't include the diesel in the lineup?

Look at the 9 Th pic. I always thought the fenders on the landlord 101 looked sloped back more than usual but this is the first time I've seen it in a picture . Did they make that year different ?? I'll have to get the old tape measure out tomorrow and check it out

The fenders do look a little bit off. I'm no expert of LL though.

Good looking fleet of footdraggers Paul. Think the LL fenders are the same as the 725.

They sure do look pitched down in the back. I'll have to investigate on my 64LL and compare visuals. I'll add a pic with my findings and measurements. Wouldnt make sense that they would alter the fenders pitch for one model, but stranger things have happened. Sean

Great looking tractors. Looks as if the Landlord seat deck would be mounted lower at the rear, as if the uprights were taller on the others thus decreasing the slant.

OK, hadda go check, fenders on my 725 and Landlord are both 1 1/2" higher on the front hi point then the rear hi point. Thought I had checked that out when I was first getting the LL going, contemplated raising the back of the seat to make them level but haven't added the 'action' portion to that act yet.
