Looking at your posting history, I have no idea what you are talking about. You asked questions, people responded. I'm sure someone would happily buy your B112.

I think that if you ignore some of the bull on here. Most of it is just conversation, that you will find the answers to your questions. You will never find another site that is dedicated to these tractors or with as much knowledge between members and what is available in the archives. The pulley sizes that you need to convert the variable 3 speed to a 3 speed are 4" on the BGB and a 6 1/2" on the transmission. The snowblower that you asked about is worth what ever someone is willing to pay for and the time of the year. I had a 3 belt blower on ebay 3 years ago that I only got $15.00 for. They are the least desirable blower as stated in another post. Everyone wants the single belt blowers and they usually bring $50.00 - $300.00 on ebay. Bottom line it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I hope that you don`t get discussed and quit the info is here a lot of the time you have to do the digging.

You have asked several questions and have gotten some very good answers and a couple joking ones. I am sorry if you don't have a sense of humor or did not get the answers you wanted but you did get some very good answers. Some of them answered several times. If you are talking about the answer Scott gave you on the worth of the three belt blower they are not that desirable or worth that much unless it is in new condition and a collector/restorer is looking for one for his collection, other than that they are not that valuable. It will fit your tractor as I stated but not the best working or most desirable blower that will fit you tractor.

It appears to me you've already got your ten dollars worth! I joined to pass along my knowledge and some enhancement projects of AC 720’s & Simplicity PowrMax’s. I enjoy sharing what little I know.

Barrie You have been a member for about 3 weeks. It took me 2 or 3 months to get the hang of this site (Learning how to search for and find what I wanted). If I found I still needed/wanted more info I would ask in the forums. As for putting a price on something we can say what its worth to us but what I think is a $10-20 part/item the next guy has been looking for that part for months and it is worth $140-150. As for the smart comments we all get one in now and then (ok I get them in quite often) but you just have to read them and laugh at them like there meant. The club as a whole is great and we would like you to feel like you get you moneys worth out of it. I sure feel like I get a lot out of it by just reading the posts, And file the info away for future use (I quite often have to go look the post up again for total recall but the info is there) Sorry for being long winded, Fingers are tired. p.s. I think thats the most I ever typed.:D

On this sight I have learned more by reading the response to questions than reading the manual twice. can not say enough good about this site.

Barrie, I am sorry that you feel this way. I have been here since 2002 and IMO this is one of the best sites on the net, tons of info here to be had. Some of the nicest, helpful people you could ever hope to meet on the internet or in person, I for one have made some very good friends here. Sure there are some smart remarks flying around at times, I am just as guilty of that as anyone else....but most of that is in good nature and hopefully taken that way:D. Looking over your posting I for one think that you got some pretty good answers, I really do not know how they could have been answered any better.

I won't apologize for your not liking the site or misinterpreting the answers you received. We each have a different perspective on the questions we see so therefor it's easy to get a variety of responses. I can only say that most seem to have enjoyed your post's and hope you continue to stick around and participate. I think you get out of this site what you put into it. No matter how you feel or what you decide to do as far as any further participation, I wish you the best.

I hope you change your mind too. Myself, I have been here a very short time and I love it! I cannot beleive sometimes how much knowledge is shared here:D. I do look at other groups on Yahoo and such and have joined some, but I don't like their format. I like the smartaleck answers, feels like home;)!

you can't be referring to Weekend freedom machines? I had a John Deere 400 I restored last year and figured I would join. Nobody ever responded to my posts. It was A very boring website to visit and was A primary reason I got rid of the thing.

The other thing to consider is that you are not speaking in person. Things don't always come across as intended on message boards. There is no body language. Read past the "comments" and absorb the content. Lots of good info and people here. And eveyone has there own personality. :o):D

I have been working on the old cast iron engines, Clintons, Briggs, Hercules, JD, IH, Fairbanks....for around 40 years. If I see something that I might be helpful on, I'll post.(I did not intentionally leave out the toilets). I have gotten some good advice and help, and even paid my dues for the 2nd year, recently. You get out of this site what you put into it, as with everything else in this old world. Sorry you don't seem to be enjoying yourself.
