I've been wondering the same thing. Last month was in the 80's now we're in the 40's here. The trees had started to leaf here and now they look like they are going to loose them, all of the apple and peach crops are lost here.

Supposed to get into the 50's tomorrow. But then right back into the 30's. Gotta love Indiana weather. At least it'll give me time to finish the 48 inch deck for the Sovereign. LL is ready to Mow and the old tried and true 3 belt blower is neatly stored away till next winter. If we get more snow i'll just plow it. Ugh...grueling wait after that week long tease in the 70's.

Sorry to hear such news guys but Springtime came to Alaska last week and I ain't giving it back :D :D, least not until last Septembers snow is outta my yard. Was driving around in a rain storm in Fairbanks yesterday :D. Know very well I will get snowed on again, but I wanna see it fall on the ground, not 7 month old snow.

Good thing you had the blade on. I'm hoping we don't get any accumulation here. I'm all set up for spring! I'm just glad I was able to squeeze a mow in between snow, rain, and wind. It was 80 here two weeks ago and only two days in the 50s since then. Both I spent mowing :D Just got back from picking up firewood. Took the spreader down the street filled it up and pulled it back. My wife asked "Are you sure your tractor can pull all that?" but no trouble at all! Yet another great use for the little guy.

We just had a killer freeze in NC a few days ago that nixed a bunch of the state's apple and blueberry crops. Only getting up in the 60's this week, back in the 30s at nights again. Lol, I am NOT buying any more heating oil this season!!!

We had decided at the beginning of the winter not to refill the propane, costs way to much:(! so we fired up the wood burning stove instead. We did just fine and paced ourselves just right so we only had a few days of wood left when it broke 80 a bit ago. Yesterday we threw in the last log so the search was on... good thing more firewood was only one house down the street, heh.:I

There was no love for Indiana weather on the 11th. I had a meet with Brian313 at 7:30 AM in Lowell and some of the worst slop of the year came roaring in from Lake Michigan. Snow slush the size of 50 cent pieces along with a 40 MPH wind. I had some more stuff to do in Kankakee,IL then back to Milwaukee later in the day to shovel my self in. Snowblower was tucked away on its mid summer sleep. Kind of reminds me of our blizzard of 1973. Today it was 51 and almost no snow. Tomorrow a little better. Also met another member, Brian313, good chap.
