Will an electric lift from a 3416-S fit a 7100 or 7000 series Simplicity? sm01 Stan

Stan; This should work. Measure across the mounting surfaces on the electric lift then measure frame inside to inside on the tractor. I took one off a 914 Allis and moved it to a 917 and have plans to possibly put it on a 3410 Simplicity. I believe the frames are all the same. If you take the clamp off the electric lift and break it down into two pieces you can weasel the mounting bracket up between the frame rails without pulling the running boards down and then put the lift back up in. Hope this works. Dave

Yes, I have done this, 7016 to an Allis 912, no problem.
