What "Category" are the 3 Point Hitch Systems for the B-112 Tractors? Thanks.

They are not a category type. You attach in bottom two holes on the hitch of the tractor and a rear lift at the top.

B112s do not use a "Category" type 3-point hitch. They use a sleeve hitch. The larger PowerMax tractors use the Cat 0 and Cat 1 attachments, I think.

Thanks for the help guys. Anybody ahve a close up pic of how the Sleeve hitch attaches/works? I've seen some pics but not good enough that I could see how the hook up worked. Also, does this mean that Chalmers/Simplicity have proprietary attachements? Or are there many attachment manufacturers for this type of hitch set up?

Hello Lee, There is a Brinley hitch that will allow Brinley style attachments, other than that there are some attachments that are only for AC or Simpliciity. Welcome to the club, I live in Accokeek Md and there are at least 5-6 other members in Maryland. You should become a member ($10.00 for a year) and then you can post pictures and search the archives. Thanks for the info John. Glad to see I'm not the only AC enthusiast in MD. We had mostly AC Farm Tractors on the farm down on the Eastern Shore. No farm anymore. Just a vegetable garden. Knowing there are MD Members has convinced me to join. Seemed like everyone was from up North.

Thanks for the Welcome guys. Just bought the B-112. Pick up on Saturday. Will use this spring in the Garden, then start tearing it down for a complete refurb. I'm sure this Club will provide a lot of good information. Hopefully, at some point, I will be able to return the favor.
