LOL, that reminds me of that time my windshield wipers failed on my old 1986 Lincoln Town Car (this was back in college) during a severe rain storm in the middle of nowhere. I had to cut the wiring to my emergency cigarette-plug light/air pump thingy and use the wire to tie to the wipers and I had my then girlfriend pull on one end, and I was pulling on the other end. :) It was rickety, but it got us home.
