New to me 6111

I got a chance to look/work on the 6111 I got from E-bay. I had to change the carb as it had got water in the float bowl and was real cruddy. So I pulled the on off the power tech 12hp and added some gas. 2nd crank over it started and ran good. OH NO I forgot to check the oil, Pulled the oil cap and It started running out. Drained out 3/4 of a gal and put new oil in. While I was putting oil in noticed that there was a couple of motor mount bolts missing, Put them in and restarted runs great. Put in gear real bad sound coming from rear end. looked it over and installed missing bolts. Restarted and drove it around. No noises and drives real nice (slow but nice, Any body know what size rear pulley should be on it?) till the left front goes flat (got tube today). The deck need a idler pulley but the bearings feel good. I will try it out mowing tomorrow! And now the part everyone is waiting for The Pic's

Looks perrty good to me.

The rusty pulley on the deck is the bad one
