MPH 12 Posted April 21, 2007 Had 5 yards of 3/4 minus pea gravel delivered this morning while the driveway was still froozen as this lower area of my drivewy is too silty/sand and mucks up during a slow breakup season like this one. The puddle in the top of shadow is where I had tree stumps buried when I first put the driveway in, now a sink hole. So, I got some grader blade time last night mucking a couple inches of the soft sandy rocky material into the holes. Gonna try to pick the pick rocks out as it thaws today, before it turns to soup again, then try to time spreading the D-1 after it's dry enough not to muck up but still soft from the frost coming outta the ground. Might be a day or two yet.
