B-10 engine swap ??

Hey guys Can anyone tell me If a Model 23d Type 0129 01 serial 42282 could be a 12 HP? I took it out of a 3212 V .It runs real strong ,The 10HP in the B-10 Is rapping a little and I wanted some more power to run the vac setup.Thanks

A 23D should be a 9 HP?? If I've learned right from this club.
