The tractor I just bought has a sticker on the area in front of the shifter that says B-112, but the "Service Spec" Sticker under the dash says B-110. I'm guessing sombody replaced the sticker...?

Lee, There are a few possibilities: 1) The shifter plate was changed out from a B-112, tractor is B-110. 2) The dash was changed out from a B-110, tractor is a B-112. 3) A sticker was added to it by someone. Maybe the service technician put on the wrong sticker. The difference between a B-112 and a B-110 is the horsepower of the engine. A b-112 has a 12hp engine, while the B-110 has a 10hp engine. There's a code on the shroud of the engine... From that code, you can determine whether if the engine is a 10hp or a 12hp. Assuming the engine is original to the tractor, you'd be able to tell what it originally was. But, if it's a newer engine, it might be harder to figure out which it was originally.

According to the e-bay photo, you have an early B-112. The first B-110's and B-112's had a push button starter while the later models had a key switch starter with the ignition switch "countersunk" inot the dash. Besides the engine difference, The B-112 had a three speed transmission with the variable speed. The B-110 was straight three speed, with a hi-lo as an option. Wheelbase on the B-110 is 4" shorter than the B-112. Front tires on the B-110 were 4.80 X 4.00 X 8. Rear tires were 23 X 8.50 X 12. On the B-112, front tires were 16 X 6.50 X 8 and the rear tires were 23 X 10.50 X 12. If the decal under the hood riser has specs for a B-110, someone has replaced the hood or riser with one from a B-110.
