46" sickle bar parts

I'm looking for the shaft and arm assemble that acts as the cam to operate the cutter (not sure of the official name) on a Simplicity / AC sickle bar (I'm told this part is more or less universal to the different models but is no longer stocked by Simplicity) If anyone has had experience with fabricating this part, I appreciate hearing from you as well.

I am sending the operators manual and pages from the AC repair manual to Kent. He is going to post these. This has the descripton of parts but does not have part numbers.
The shaft is called a crankshaft. This connects to a rocker arm via clevis and rod end. By description two models were made. (1st type w/o cable lift) (2nd type w/ cable lift) other than the lift they look identical. How was the bar lifted with the cabel lift???
