610 Troubles

I was pulling the 610 to go mow a customers lawn, and my front left wheel almost fell off! Has anyone ever had this happen to you?

Like anything else if the set screw is not tight it will fall off.

Atleast you found the collar. All in all that wasn't that bad but to answer your question, no it hasn't happened to me.

Haha! I was pretty close! I was so excited that I got my Landlord running that I took it for a spin around the yard (and by the way 3rd gear can really pop up the front wheels!). I got to the back yard and everything coasted to a stop. No gears would work. I was a little worried! Turns out I had left the set screw collar on the back axle loose, and the hub and wheel slid out enough to disengage the differential. I was sure glad I didn't lose MY set collar either. Guess it pays to check the set screws! Matt
