carbuff713 0 Posted May 9, 2007 A couple of weeks ago I replaced the bearings in the center arbor on A couple of weeks ago I replaced the bearings in the center arbor on my Legacy 60" mower. The tractor has about 600 hours -- most of that is mowing. The arbor housing is two parts, I used a sacrificial bolt to separate the housing parts, and a socket to drive the new bearings on the shaft. Then I used form-a-gasket to seal the arbor housing sections. Mower deck is quiet now and makes some pretty good stripes. David Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
