Engine parts surprise - 3410H

Recommended Posts

Today I had time to sort through the boxes of parts my ex-neighbor left me with his 3410H when he moved. He wanted me to rebuild the 10HP that a dealer tore down and then gave him to high a quote for rebuilding. I recently aquired a 10hp from Elon for the 3410H so decided it was time to go through the boxes of disassemble engine parts. Everything appears to be there except a screw or two and managed to figure out where evrything went by reassembling it my head. I also found something I didn't realize he had on the tractor even though I had helped him a time or two with it "The Surprise". Another little surprise is he had a aftermarket SG with bearings all around. I haven't seen him in almost three years so is it mine??, I already added it to the registry as mine. The parts spread out on the old patio table. A second shot. The pile of empty boxes of work he had done to it. Old needle seat, jets, adjusters, pionts, and condensor. Yes, all of the boxes had got wet. When he moved he left them under the tractor on the ground under a tarp covering the tractor behind my house. Not really my fault the water ran under the tarp. See who's alert here and tell me my surprise.

Yes Elon, a front PTO assy. The rest of it is still on the tractor. All the clutch and brake material seems to be in great shape. He never had any attachments for it so I never looked till today.
