Shop/Tractor time.

I've been so busy since S/F I didn't even have time to unload the tractors from the trailer until Saturday. The 700 had been on the trailer since I bought it from Johnmonkey 2 weeks ago. Yesterday, everybody was introduced to their new home.

Andy and his son came over and removed the engine and hydro from the B-212 we bought together at S/F. I should have taken some pictures of Andy and his son working together. That little boy already knows more about A/C Tractors than I will for a long time. Kudos to Andy.
Put on the wheel weights I bought from Matt at S/F(did I install them correctly?) I also made sure I switched the wheels so that the tires were going the accepted direction before I was done.:D

Installed and wired the new lights, took the narrow tires and wheels off the 700 and put them on the 112, and replced the raise/lower chain bar to the mower deck.
What do you guys think of the color match on the deck. It is Valspar from Tractor Supply. "Equipment Yellow".
Next weekend, install the new curburator

Thanks Matt! Am I supposed to use all 4 bolt holes on the weights or just 2. I've seen pics on here of people just using 2? Hope your still getting that idler assembley togehter for me for my deck. Let me know how much and when it is ready. Thanks.

Nice shop :drlsm06. Talking about paint, what do you think of this match. If you think it's real close I'll share it.

Lee, Nice shop and good progress on your tractor. Lee/Matt, The Valspar color looks good but I have had problems with Valspar. Takes too long to dry and didn't seem to cover very well. Ok Thom, what paint did you use? I like the color match; more yellow than butterscotch like some paints.

Thanks guys. Thom, that IS a good match! What is it? This is the other side of the shop...the side where I make my money.

Very nice shop Lee. By-the-way, I did not unload my tractors till Saturday either. I needed to mow the lawn, so I put the mower back on the 713S. Throttle cable is still broken, but I just set it at about 3/4 throttle to do the mowing. Still need to fix the throttle on that one, and put another gas tank on the 716H.

This would have to be sprayed on with an air set-up but I did use Valspar paint from TSC. I mixed Johndeere yellow and A/C orange at a ratio of 20:1. Looks real good in person but maybe I could add a touch more yellow. I will not find out what a big patch/piece looks like till I can paint outside, not to long yet. I brushed that on so I don't know if adding the thinner for spraying will change it any.
