Carb issues on 7116

Ive looked and cant seem to find the info i need...Gotta adjust the carb on my 7116 ...It wont idle properly nor run at higher rpms. Im planning on rebuilding this carb, but just need to know how to adjust the 2 screws so that it atlease runs useably...
