Rear end problems

I have a 6111 that I repowered with a 18 hp that I lost 1st 2nd and reverse while mowing today Will be taking rear end out in the next couple days , Does anyone have any hints what to look for .Thanks

Before you pull the trans, check to make sure your shift lever is not loose. I've pulled the trans on my old 6216 several times. My tip would be to find a nice used unit and install it. I picked up one used for about 50 bucks. Any gear you'd have to replace would cost you that much.

I have the same problem with my T811(aka 6211). Haven't found a fix for it. Actually haven't even tried. Keep us posted.

Broken pinion shaft, Weld on gear let loose and gear spins freely. Going to try and get it welded , New part is $147 or maybe someone has a few spare parts they can part with.If so let me know Thanks

Got it welded and running again ,$20 to weld iwas alot cheaper than a new gear.
