perry 1 Posted June 5, 2007 personaly this is my first decked out broadmoor i have seen. this is one i picked up awile back and just now got around to looking it over. the headlights are factory and they work with the factory switch. the rear weight looks factory with the bracket mount it has. also has starter generator & HI-LO rearend. is the HI-LO interchangeable?. or is the rearend geared different than a regular braodmoor?. MarksA-C 93 Posted June 5, 2007 To be honest, its the first one I've ever seen Complete with all those factory options, Still attached. The Hi-Lo is specially made for the Broadmoor, but I think they fit Yeomans too. Its a Keeper!
comet66 0 Posted June 5, 2007 Certainly is well equiped. That should be worth fixing up.
TimJr 206 Posted June 5, 2007 The hi-lo is just a planetary gear set to give you a slower trans input shaft speed, which slows down the whole trans. It was a dealer or owner installed option. I thought that the Yeoman kit used a different shifter - might be wrong though. Hi range is the same speed as a tractor without the kit - just a pulley for the belt to turn.
