Suffering from CRS, Throttle hookup to engine?

I have been busy the last few weeks, and hadn't had a chance to get the rest of my throttle cable hooked up on my Landlord 101 with 10HP Briggs. I had a picture of how where the throttle was hooked up to the engine but can't find it anywhere. I did a few searches in the club archives and every picture was different. Here is what I am working with: First arrow shows where it is currently hooked up for the time being till I can figure this puzzle out.

As I said before, I am suffering from CRS! LOL! |)

I've got a bit of that CRS too (PIA). On my 12hp landlord 2012, it connects to the "Rod-Governor Control" PN: 230040. There is a hole in it about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom that the 'Z' bend in the cable fits into. The governor control rod is what goes from the pivot arm you currently have the throttle connected to up to a bracket near the top of the block. John

It has to go in the upper hole you have marked in the picture. If you put it in the lower hole, the governor would be fixed in place, and there would be no governor action.
