cwlahr 0 Posted June 22, 2007 Hi I've just installed my rebuilt Kohler in my Allis 314H, have everything back where it belongs but can't remember where that small metal clip goes that holds the throttle cable in place. I'm pretty sure that it clips on the flywheel sheet metal cover somehow. Any one have a pic or can describe this for me? My manual doesn't show it in any of the diagrams. Thanks! joshuaareed 0 Posted June 22, 2007 I was looking at my 314D and I see the metal clip you are talking about. The clip mounts to the side of the engine block behind the air cleaner on the left side of the tractor(if you are sitting on the seat). It is kind of up and to the right of the fuel pump. I hope this helps you.
rsachs 0 Posted June 24, 2007 Here is a pic of one I have on the bench with the clip still mounted Not real pretty but you can see the location.
cwlahr 0 Posted June 24, 2007 Ok thanks guys, It looks as if it clips on a little right angle bracket that attaches near the breather plate, i must have misplaced that bracket.
