this one is pretty rough. Yes those are factory weights, you got a good deal, the weights alone are worth as much as or more than you paid for the whole tractor. Looks like the Landlord has been upgraded to a 10hp or larger engine.

when he called me back he told me to make a offer. just going on memory from when i first saw the tractor, i offered $50 to him over the phone. all i could remember was the rear wieghts on it. when i got there i was disapointed at my self about the phone offer. i have got nicer tractors for free. this one is in poor shape. but after thinkin about it $50 is a good price for all those parts. i was also hoping he had some implements for it. he said he gave away the blade, and mower deck to a buddy. but he is pretty sure he has the plow frame and a tiller LOST somewhere on his 30 acres. so maybe ill get a call in the future. i think my BGB is going out on my 2010 dually so this $50 tactor should make a good parts doner:D.

The Squire was good find. It even has the belt cover still there. and the Simplicity will make a good parts donor for it even though it was more $$.
