Roy 0 Posted July 27, 2007 Shed makes the forklift look useful. ;) The little Mead crawler is a hoot. Makes your truck look huge. ^
rsnik 1 Posted July 27, 2007 The crawlers must be an acquired taste. The 5 ton monster hoist, on the other hand, is dog n*ts.
plastikosmd 917 Posted July 27, 2007 ya the crawler a just a blast...slow..but you just cant stop'em. fun to work on too...thank god grin..hate to think i built a 12k $ shed to make a 200$ forklift useful..grin...but really, i use that thing all the time, amazing little helper scott
BLT 715 Posted July 27, 2007 Scott, no big deal on title. I like shed built on piers like you did. Don't think it can be done like that in WI.
plastikosmd 917 Posted July 27, 2007 for a shed/outbuilding..here it wasnt a problem..those are deep 12" wide and in at a min of 48". i then went with a 6x6 PT sill, i will backfull with gravel over the 6x6 or maybe 1/2 way up it once it is done. here a shed is anything under 500 sq feet.. and must also be under 15 ft at peak of roof to ground. at 16x24 im at 384 sq feet..will have to do a bit of grading to avoid being over 15 ft high tho. scott
