sleeve hitch fabrication questions

I need to make a sleeve hitch for the partial hitch on my agway. I want to make one like the newer style brinly, like dutch posted here: http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=44264 My questions are, the end where the sleeve is, are those outside corners bent 90-deg. or are they welded? (2) If they are bent, is there any way to get sharp corners in the home shop, w/o any bending tools? Thanks in advance. Oh, and Elon, I'll probably be doing this at your house, or have you over, since I'm not the most advanced welder in the world and I'll want you looking over my shoulder.:D

"is there any way to get sharp corners in the home shop, w/o any bending tools?" Vice, big hammer, and torch for heating. But, welded corners will work fine. Keep us posted on your progress.
