DMedal 1 Posted August 11, 2007 Maynard (or whoever would know) - Do we have a tire chart showing tire and wheel sizes for the various models? Would such a compilation be useful? I know many of you have this in your head, then there are us newer members without a clue on this. -Don
UCD 14 Posted August 11, 2007 If you go to the SimpleTrACtors web pages most of the tire sizes are listed in the model specifications.
adamf203 0 Posted August 11, 2007 This is the link for the 212 - there is nothing in there about tire sie. Anyone have any ideas? http://www.simpletractors.com/models/b_series/hb-212_specs.htm
RayS 79 Posted August 11, 2007 16X6.50-8. That is what is on my HB 212 and the rest of mine that are above 10hp. http://simpletractors.com/models/b_series/1968_cat/more_features.htm The above link is for B 110 & B 112. Same as B 212 except hood and a few other minor details.

IMO it's cheap insurance for flat tires from bead or valve stem leaks. Dan Dan
adamf203 0 Posted August 12, 2007 So using a tube is only optional - but a good idea?
Roy 0 Posted August 12, 2007 It's like Ford vs Chevy. I prefer to run tubeless.
tractormike 0 Posted August 18, 2007 I'm with the tube guys. Anytime I change a tire, even putting on new tires I put tubes in them. I figure I save time over going tubless because you don't have to struggle with getting the beads to seat to inflate the tire with a tube in it.
