I guess things do happen in threes. First found this locally:

It was driving a power washer; has sat for a couple of years. Seller had it running when I arrived; no smoke, noises, etc. It was manufactured in Dec 1988. Might put it in my Homelite T-12. Never hurts to have a good running spare either.
