Simpleton7016 2 Posted September 15, 2007 You know, I am surprised that more scrap yards don't set this stuff aside as it comes in. Some do have pallets of popular items. For example, I called around to some scrap yards to see if any had set aside barbell weights. Lo and behold, I found one that had a pallet of them and they sold me the whole pile for just a few pennies more than they would have got from scrap. My point, with as many people out there that rebuild tractors, small engines, etc, you would think the scrap yards would just set this stuff aside for a few weeks before grinding them up or melting them down. Maybe some places do. Anyway, nice save / find! You made my day...I love seeing this stuff!!
ZippoVarga 61 Posted September 15, 2007 Hey Levi.....I still got an extra front weight sittin here for ya. Great score on the blade. Was it modified into a non spring trip?
wilm169 1 Posted September 15, 2007 Looks like it has extra tabs on the top nothing to attach to at the bottom and hitch is not like the trip blade.
